RULES FOR MAINTAINING DISCIPLINE IN THE COLLEGE:

For candidates coming from I.C.S.E., C.B.S.E., Other Boards / States and Foreign Boards

All decisions pertaining to grant of terms will be decided by an attendance committee duly constituted by the college.

Students passing ICSE / CBSE / OTHER BOARDS are additionally required to submit the following:

  • Periodical tests/ assignments/ seminars/ examination are compulsory for the learner of all classes.
  • A learner who remains absent for the periodical test/assignment/examination due to his/her illness shall be required to submit the medical certificate, along with the application endorsed by parent.
  • A learner who remains absent for the periodical test/assignment/examination due to NSS/NCC activity must intimate the Principal along with appropriate documents explaining his/her absence.
  • Learners who fail to maintain the condition of minimum attendance on account of bonafied illness, or any other reason which is deemed right by the Principal, should apply in writing to the Principal, for leave of absence, prior or within two days from the date of commencement of such failing which they will be treated as defaulters.
  • All applications for leave of absence along with medical certificate, if any, should be submitted to the Principal and not directly to any teacher.
  • Learners who are not permitted for the University examination will not be re-admitted to the college.

 

 

Fees policy:

  • Student fees is accepted through upi, debit card,  internet banking only online mode.
  • Any problem regarding excess fees we will return through online mode to your concern account.
  • As per the norms of MSBSHSE refunding fees of  admission cancellation we  will do the procedure.
  • All parents and student must be follow the above rules, regulation and conditions.
  • We have to follow the rules of institute also.

 

Conduct Rules Related to Examination

  • A candidate arriving at the examination hall after 30 minutes or more of the commencement of an examination shall not be allowed to appear for the examination.
  • No candidate shall be permitted to leave until half an hour is over after the question papers have been distributed
  • No pages shall be torn off from the answer book given to the candidates. Nothing shall be written on the question paper.
  • Exchange of written materials, stencils, mathematical instruments, etc is strictly prohibited.
  • Any use of unfair-means during the examination is liable to severe penalties as per the University ordinance.
  • Oral examinations are introduced in all language subjects at class XI and XII levels from June 2006.
  • Taking oral examinations as per scheduled timetables is compulsory for all students. Absentees will have to appear for re-examinations only on payment of a fine fixed by the authorities.

    Theory: 80 marks
    Orals: 20 marks

Environmental Education

  • Environmental Education has been introduced from June 2006 for class XI and XII by H.S.C. Board as a compulsory subject. Completing all projects, field work, etc. and clearing examinations in the subject is compulsory for all students of the Junior College. If students fail to do so, they will be declared FAIL in class XI and XII examinations. It may please be noted that marks of class XII students in Environment Education have to be sent to the H.S.C. Board. These marks/grades are shown on the mark list of (XII) H.S.C. Board examination. The detailed information regarding projects, examinations, etc. in Environmental Education will be given in the class. Students should follow teachers’ instructions carefully.

    Project: 40 marks
    Theory Examination: 60 marks

  • Grade II: To successful candidates who obtain not less than 45% marks but less than 60% of marks in the aggregate calculated on the basis of the six (in a case of the vocational subject) or seven subjects offered for the examination.

    Grade pass: To all other successful candidates.

 

Discipline

  • Learners should always wear their valid college identity card whenever in the college or should be produced whenever demanded by any of the college staff. No learner is allowed to enter in the college premises without valid identity card.
  • Every learner is responsible to the college and should take utmost care of the college premises/ property/garden, plants. Any damage done to the property of the college is to be compensated either individually or collectively.
  • Learners will not be allowed to bring any outsider with them in the college but in special case parents or any outsider may be allowed with prior permission and valid reason and entering the name on the gate register.
  • No person, other than college staff, can be invited to address any meeting or to participate in the college activity without prior permission of the Principal.
  • Learnersis not supposed to loiter in the college corridors or college premises.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the college premises.
  • No learner shall collect any money without the written permission of the Principal.
  • No notice shall be put on the notice boards, including black boards without the written permission of the Principal or the faculty members authorized in the matter concerned.
  • All activities, meetings, gatherings, picnics, hiking, excursion etc, will be organized only with prior written permission of the Principal.
  • All the circulars, notices related to examinations and other programmers/ activities etc. are displayed on the college notice board. Concerned learners will be held responsible for the loss, if they failed to read the notices.
  • Learners should switch off the lights, fans etc. when not required and also while leaving the classrooms/laboratories/ library.
  • Learners should make themselves familiar with the college rules and regulations concerning them and also with regulations and notice issued by the college from time to time.
  • Learners joining the college are, by that very fact, deemed to accept and observe all the rules and regulations of the college to the entire satisfactions of the college authorities.

Mobile Phone

  • Bringing of mobiles within the campus is strictly prohibited as per the Maharashtra State board Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Divisional Board Pune norms .If any learner found using a mobile, the mobile set shall be forfeited and strict action shall be taken against the learner.

 

Dress Code

  • The college does not enforce a dress code however learners are expected to preserve/ maintain the decorum of the college/ decision will be taken as per intake of student.

 

Ragging is Prohibited

  • Government of Maharashtra has notified ragging as a cognizable offence. Any one reported to be involved in any form of ragging will be severely dealt with. Therefore learners are advised to restrain from indulging in any form of ragging.
  • Anti- Ragging System: mechanism in the college. Ragging is an offence. The college has anti- ragging committee and students are advised to approach the committee in case of any such case.

 

Student Council

  • The Students Council will be formed as per the circulars received from the MSBSHE
